What is a Plan of Work?
(…and why do I have to have one?)
A Plan of Work is simply goal setting, captured in writing. A Plan of Work allows a Local Unit Board the opportunity to discuss what their main focus will be for the year, and outline the action steps required to accomplish those goals. It is not a detailed report, but rather a more detailed brainstorming session.

Tell us about your unit’s priorities for this year. We are not looking for the minutia of each and every thing you do! Keep in mind the mission and purpose of PTA when setting goals for your unit.
Please note your Plan of Work is due to the NFCPTA October 31, 2007.
As always, we are here to help! Please contact Barbara Thomas, NFCPTA President at president@nfcpta.com if you need assistance.
