Sally Fitzgerald Scholarship
It is the goal of the North Fulton Council of PTAs to annually award at least three Sally Fitzgerald Scholarships. This award is open to all graduating seniors who are enrolled and a PTSA member in their North Fulton County High School (PTSA must be in good standing with North Fulton Council and Georgia PTA). There is no limit to the number of applicants. Following PTA’s tagline of “everychild, onevoice” we encourage all students to apply; the essay response is the most heavily weighted portion.
Applications are completed electronically. Students will need to have a school counselor email their cumulative GPA and graduation verification to firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, the student will need to provide proof of current PTSA membership (verified by your school’s PTSA Membership Chair). The deadline for this application is 11:59 PM, Tuesday, February 28, 2017.
The application can be found here: https://form.jotform.com/NFCPTA/2017-nfcpta–scholarship
You will need to print out the following documents and give them to either your counselor or PTSA membership chair.
